Tom Cada was amazing to work with from initial design to completion. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on the construction process. The pool he built is beautiful and we get compliments on it all the time! People comment that it looks like a “resort in our backyard”.

Brian Cada was great at helping me understand how to automate my pool and the Hayward electronics.

Cada Pools opens and closes our pool each year and it is always done correctly under the leadership of John. He is always personable and remembers all the aspects of our pool.

Cole Cada provides the BEST customer service while shopping at Cada Pools retail store. He always greets me with a smile and is so helpful! He is very knowledgeable on the pool chemicals and helps me make sure our water is balanced.

I’ve paid more than double for other inspections and didn’t receive 1/10 of the experience that our technicians, Jon and Matt (as well as everyone we have spoken to on the phone) provided us.

From the beginning, the company as a whole clearly laid out the expectations we should have about the entire process, including what their inspection would entail and the information it would provide to us. This was especially important considering the restrictions due to being in the winter months. Jon and matt were every bit as thorough and informative, both in person during the inspection as well as in the follow up report, as we were told they would be. If anything, they went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced as a consumer when it came to performing an inspection. I still can’t believe how detailed they were able to document and report the conditions of the pool inspected.

It’s clear that this company clearly values the relationship they form with their customers, right from the beginning. I’m excited to work with them on any and every pool project or need that we have in our future, and obviously suggest to everyone to reach out to them with your questions and needs.

Thank you Cada! You were a breath of fresh air during a difficult time, and made the process more wonderful than we could have ever hoped for.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Cada Pools and Spas!!!
We were looking to install a swim spa for aquatherapy for our son with special needs. We talked with several local dealers and the service we received at Cada was by far the best. AJ was transparent about all associated costs (concrete pad, electrical, crane delivery) and we were able to budget accordingly and had no surprises.
AJ was very communicative the entire process and we knew what to expect with delivery and installation. The contractors he recommended to do the prep work (Joel with CSSD Inc for concrete work, Derek with Ekstrom Electric and Dan with Dan's Cranes) were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did impeccable work.
We never felt pressured or rushed and AJ always had time to answer our questions.
We can't wait to start aqua therapy with our son and enjoy the spa year round!

Just had my spa installed yesterday. As a business owner, i have to say the gentlemen at Cada pools and spa do a great job. From the sale to communication they have been excellent. AJ has been in contact with every step. The spa was installed, had issues with my electric (not their problem) AJ had an electrician to my home that night to make sure the spa didnt freeze over, and he came back the next am himself to make sure the lights and jets were working, even sent me a video showing me the repairs. Cant recommend them enough so far! Will purchase from them and make the 45 min drive to them for supplies. Thanks AJ.

Tried getting heater installed. They came out checked for gas line and said everything was working fine. Purchased the heater and when it was time to install they said it gas pipe needed to be replaced and wanted to charge us $1600 because they said it had no pressure. They tried to cheat me and lost customer. Went with another person, installed different heater and and saved $700. Store personal is great but people installing heaters and pools need to change

These guys improperly programmed my variable speed pump causing it to burn out. They suggested bad seals were to blame. Shockingly when reprogrammed and replaced, there has been zero issue whatsoever. I guess the seal fixed it self.

When looking for a service to clean my hot tub, I was very encouraged by the reviews I had read for Cada. I called to schedule a service and the young man I spoke with quoted me $50 for the cleaning itself plus chemicals. After talking a bit further I was told that the service would not be more than $100.00 . Cada did come out and clean my spa, they did not need to empty the spa as we had already done that. They did a very nice job on cleaning the surface of the spa but when we turned on the jets to use it, dirt and grime came flooding out so we had to drain our spa again, refill and put our own chemicals in. I just received a bill in the mail yesterday for $212.33! Quite shocking from the original quote of no more than $100 When I called Cada to see what could be done about this, (as I would not have used their service had I been quoted $212.33 the first time around) I was told there was noting they could do about it and weren't willing to even look into who took my original order so the young man could be better trained. I normally do not post negative reviews, but I felt like I was completely blind sided and ripped off . I am very disappointed in the customer service I received as it appears from other reviews , the service can be exceptional.

Cada has been excellent! They put in our pool 13 years ago and have serviced our opens and closes every year since. The guys are professional, courteous, punctual and spot-on with advice. We have never had a problem with Cada!!
