This was especially important considering the restrictions due to being in the winter months. Jon and matt were every bit as thorough and informative, both in person during the inspection as well as in the follow up report, as we were told they would be. If anything, they went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced as a consumer when it came to performing an inspection. I still can’t believe how detailed they were able to document and report the conditions of the pool inspected.It’s clear that this company clearly values the relationship they form with their customers, right from the beginning.
