Cada family and Staff covered every question we had. They did everything they promised and on time. Aj, Tom, Brian, John, Matt and Cole are Super people to work with. So great to have a family business with such a quality Team. We love our Kona 17 and the Cada group made the entire project work. Thank you all. Mike & Penny.

Highly recommended, great show room with many spa choices. My sales person Matt was very knowledgable and took the time to show me every detail on each model on the floor. Great experience . The installation was flawless, John and his crew showed up on time, and place it very carefully. Kudos to everybody working at Cada. Service unparalleled .

The crew at Cada Pools and Spas is the very best! They will work with you tirelessly to pinpoint any problems that you’re having with equipment or balancing chemicals. We’ve been using them for four years and I have nothing but good to say about the entire staff, whether in the office or in my backyard. I highly recommend them!

Tom and Brian are carrying on the Cada legacy during these trying times and doing a great job at it! If you own a pool or spa and need it maintained these are the guys. Or if you would like a pool/spa installed these are still the guys who will do the very best job possible!

Aj and the guys at Cada pools were great to work with. Even in the middle of a pandemic, with all kinds of parts shortages and issues nationwide, they delivered! From the purchase to the install of our new Marquis Crown Collection Spa it couldn’t have gone any better. Great communication and professional service. Would highly recommend Cada Pools and Spas!

We had a truly wonderful experience with Cada Pools and Spas!!!We were looking to install a swim spa for aquatherapy for our son with special needs. We talked with several local dealers and the service we received at Cada was by far the best. AJ was transparent about all associated costs (concrete pad, electrical, crane delivery) and we were able to budget accordingly and had no surprises.AJ was very communicative the entire process and we knew what to expect with delivery and installation. The contractors he recommended to do the prep work (Joel with CSSD Inc for concrete work, Derek with Ekstrom Electric and Dan with Dan's Cranes) were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did impeccable work.We never felt pressured or rushed and AJ always had time to answer our questions.We can't wait to start aqua therapy with our son and enjoy the spa year round!

After dealing with several closer Marquis Dealers (one who I went to high school with) I called Cada Pool. Not only did they beat everyone's pricing but provided professional delivery and installation including recommending a great electrician. I own my own small business so I appreciate the caring professionalism the Cada Family provides. I recently bought a second home in Galena, Illinois and bought another Marquis Tub from Cada. Always an excellent experience from a family that cares.

We are loving our hot tub from Cada! From the selection process to set up, AJ was extremely helpful. Our hot tub was delivered promptly and any questions we have had have been answered right away. Excellent customer service!!

Just had my spa installed yesterday. As a business owner, i have to say the gentlemen at Cada pools and spa do a great job. From the sale to communication they have been excellent. AJ has been in contact with every step. The spa was installed, had issues with my electric (not their problem) AJ had an electrician to my home that night to make sure the spa didnt freeze over, and he came back the next am himself to make sure the lights and jets were working, even sent me a video showing me the repairs. Cant recommend them enough so far! Will purchase from them and make the 45 min drive to them for supplies. Thanks AJ.

Cada Pools is the best! Just had our ATV Kona Swim Spa (17 foot) installed and couldn’t be more excited. The folks at Cada have been terrific. They were very accommodating. We had a room addition built to accommodate spa. They worked with us as we planned and coordinated with builder. It made it so much easier knowing I could count on them to do a terrific job. I had always heard great things about them since I moved to St Charles 25 years ago and now I have experienced it myself. Planning for retirement and now I don’t have to worry about viruses or pool closures. Thanks to everyone at Casa!

Tried getting heater installed. They came out checked for gas line and said everything was working fine. Purchased the heater and when it was time to install they said it gas pipe needed to be replaced and wanted to charge us $1600 because they said it had no pressure. They tried to cheat me and lost customer. Went with another person, installed different heater and and saved $700. Store personal is great but people installing heaters and pools need to change

Found the sales staff extremely knowledgeable. Listened to what we were looking for and made appropriate recommendations. Very pleased with the crew that came and removed our old tub and installed the new one. It went seamlessly. They took away all packing materials and showed us how to use the new tub. Highly recommend!

These guys improperly programmed my variable speed pump causing it to burn out. They suggested bad seals were to blame. Shockingly when reprogrammed and replaced, there has been zero issue whatsoever. I guess the seal fixed it self.

When looking for a service to clean my hot tub, I was very encouraged by the reviews I had read for Cada. I called to schedule a service and the young man I spoke with quoted me $50 for the cleaning itself plus chemicals. After talking a bit further I was told that the service would not be more than $100.00 . Cada did come out and clean my spa, they did not need to empty the spa as we had already done that. They did a very nice job on cleaning the surface of the spa but when we turned on the jets to use it, dirt and grime came flooding out so we had to drain our spa again, refill and put our own chemicals in. I just received a bill in the mail yesterday for $212.33! Quite shocking from the original quote of no more than $100 When I called Cada to see what could be done about this, (as I would not have used their service had I been quoted $212.33 the first time around) I was told there was noting they could do about it and weren't willing to even look into who took my original order so the young man could be better trained. I normally do not post negative reviews, but I felt like I was completely blind sided and ripped off . I am very disappointed in the customer service I received as it appears from other reviews , the service can be exceptional.

Excellent customer service and support. They also have a free Pool School in the beginning of the pool season to educate pool owner about maintenance.

The Cadas are the best! They have installed two pools on our past and present home, and they also do the weekly maintenance. They are extremely honest, dependable, responsive, and their prices are very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!Alex

Cada has been excellent! They put in our pool 13 years ago and have serviced our opens and closes every year since. The guys are professional, courteous, punctual and spot-on with advice. We have never had a problem with Cada!!
